1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Pitch Live app and website. By creating an account you accept these terms in full.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use Pitch Live, and 18 or older to stream, sell products or withdraw earnings. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity on your account.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you create. By posting on Pitch Live you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Pitch Live to:

• Post illegal, harmful, hateful or sexually explicit content
• Harass, impersonate or endanger other users
• Sell prohibited or counterfeit goods
• Manipulate metrics, gifts or payouts through fraudulent means
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the platform

5. Purchases, gifts and payouts

Virtual gifts and coins are a licence to use a digital feature, not a stored monetary value, and are non-refundable except where required by law. Creator earnings are paid out according to the payout schedule and thresholds published in the app, minus applicable platform fees and taxes.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our Community Guidelines. You can close your account at any time from Settings.

7. Disclaimers and liability

Pitch Live is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes and contact
