Community Guidelines

A platform this open only works when everyone protects it. Here's what we expect from every member.

Last updated: 1 January 2026

Our promise

Pitch Live exists so people can create, connect and trade safely. These guidelines apply to every stream, message, profile and product on the platform.

Respect everyone

Treat other people the way you'd want your community to treat you.

  • No harassment, bullying or targeted hate
  • No slurs or content attacking people for who they are
  • No doxxing or sharing private information without consent
  • No impersonation of other people or brands

Keep it safe

Content that puts people at risk has no place on Pitch Live.

  • No sexual content involving minors — ever, in any form
  • No graphic violence, self-harm promotion or dangerous challenges
  • No promotion of drugs, weapons or illegal services
  • No content that glorifies or organises violent extremism

Sell honestly

Commerce on Pitch Live only works when buyers can trust sellers.

  • Describe products accurately and honour the price you show
  • No counterfeit, stolen or prohibited goods
  • Ship on time and communicate about delays
  • Disclose sponsorships and paid promotions clearly

Play fair

Do not manipulate views, gifts, followers or reviews, and do not use bots or multiple accounts to gain an advantage.

How we enforce

We combine automated detection with a 24/7 human moderation team. Depending on severity we may remove content, restrict features, suspend or permanently ban an account, and report illegal activity to authorities. You can appeal any decision from within the app.

Report something

Tap the report icon on any stream, message, profile or product, or contact our safety team through the Contact page. Reports are confidential.

See something that breaks the rules?

Report it in the app or tell our safety team directly.
