• Content you create: streams, messages, comments, products and media
• Usage data: device type, app version, approximate location and interaction logs
• Transaction data: purchases, gifts, payouts and billing details processed by our payment partners

We use your data to provide the service, keep it safe and make it better.

• Delivering streaming, messaging, matching and shopping features
• Preventing fraud, abuse and violations of our Community Guidelines

• Processing payments, gifts and creator payouts
• Sending service updates and, with your consent, marketing messages

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run Pitch Live (hosting, payments, analytics, moderation), and with authorities where legally required.

7. Children

Pitch Live is not intended for anyone under 13, and some features require you to be 18 or older. We remove underage accounts when we become aware of them.
