Is Pitch Live free?
Yes. Downloading and using Pitch Live is completely free. Virtual gifts, VIP subscriptions and in-app purchases are optional.
Which devices are supported?
Pitch Live runs on iOS 15 and later and Android 9 and later, on phones and tablets.
How do I start streaming?
Create an account, tap the Live button, set your title and category, then go live. You can pin products and invite guests at any time.
How do creators get paid?
Gifts, subscriptions and shop sales are credited to your creator wallet. You can withdraw to a bank account or supported payment provider once you reach the minimum threshold.
Is my data safe?
We use encrypted transport, strict access controls and give you granular privacy settings. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
How is the community moderated?
We combine automated detection with a 24/7 human moderation team. Anyone can report content or profiles directly in the app.
Can businesses sell on Pitch Live?
Yes. Verified business profiles can open a shop, run live shopping events and partner with creators. See the Business page to get started.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings, choose Account, then Delete account. Your data is removed according to our retention policy.
